We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a refund or exchange. SOH accepts online returns of NON-SALE, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 7 business days of your order receipt. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Sale items are not returnable.
How to Return
Please send email with subject "Return Request" to info@soh-ny.com prior to returning your item. You will need to include the following information in your email:
1. Your order number
2. Item(s) you are returning or exchanging
3. If exchanging, item(s) you would like to receive
4. Reason for return or exchange
5. Email address and phone number where you can be reached
Once approved, you will receive an RA# via email, and instructions for the return of goods. *Note: all items returned without RA#, will not be accepted.
Return Notifications
Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address as provided on your original order.
Your return credit will be placed on the original form of payment.
*Please note SOH will charge a $20.00 return handling fee when you ship your return using our pre-paid Fedex return label.
